As a cold glaze, it provides an optimum consistency in it’s liquid form, with no water required to be added. Plus, no need to heat and mix. It can be poured straight from the bottle or through your own preferred piping solution. It provides a gorgeous, shimmery appearance as a glaze layer for cakes, fruits, pastries and tarts, sealing in freshness and adding to its shelf life.

The Neutral Mirror glaze has a light vanilla flavour that will not spoil or over-power the flavour in the cake. Achieve a shimmery glaze over your treats without an over-sugaring taste. Custom colour the neutral glaze by adding colouring to create your own unique opaque colours.

• Shake bottle well for 10 seconds
