All in One Buttercake Mix 1 Kg

Butter Cake Mix - 1 Kg

• Add eggs and water 
• Produces a rich butter flavour
• Can hold fruit and nuts.
• Excellent shelf life.
• Can also be made up the day before, held under refrigeration and baked off the following day!

1 Kg Recipe 

Mix will make a 10 inch cake using a 10x3 inch deep cake pan or 24 - 30  cupcakes

Ingredients: 

450ml water

5 eggs

1 kg of buttercake mix

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix for for approx 1 minute on low speed.

Scrape down and mix for 5 minutes on second speed.

Bake at 180 degrees celcius. 

Test middle of cake to check cooked through.(Start checking at 45 minutes for 8" round and 18 mins for cupcakes)
